The Guam Energy Office/Guam Environmental Protection Agency has made the determination to acquire the services of an Energy Performance Score Contractor Energy Auditor to evaluate the energy performance and associated carbon emissions of single-family and small multi-family dwellings within the overall project timeline of March 18, 2013.
