Pacific Energy Resource Center

The Pacific Energy Resource Center is a demonstration building constructed with Petroleum Violation Escrow dollars to promote energy efficient products and building energy design to homeowners and businesses. Housing the Guam Energy Office, this “state-of-the-art” demonstration facility also includes the use of solar energy application, gray water distillation, daylight savings, and energy star office equipment and appliances.

A tour of the building and presentation of the energy technologies featured for demonstration is available by appointment.
