Grants

Governor’s Executive Order 83-4 is the legal authority for the continued existence of Guam Energy Office. The Guam Energy Office is in compliance to all Government of Guam rules and regulations as well as the regulations and reporting requirements of the State Energy Program grants and Petroleum Violation Escrow Distributions awarded by U.S. Department of Energy.
