The Guam Energy Office supports energy conservation, energy efficiency, renewable energy programs and practices, and is committed to understanding the energy issues of our island. The Guam Energy Office is a line agency within the Executive Branch that implements energy programs for the benefit of the island community utilizing State Energy Program (SEP) grants along with the American Reinvestment and Recovery Act and Weatherization Assistance Program grants awarded by U.S. Department of Energy.
